Definitions & Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply. Understanding these terms will help you navigate your rights and responsibilities as a pok333 account holder in Bangladesh.

Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings within these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are written in English; in the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active pok333 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent to pok333 that each of the following conditions is true:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pok333 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all services and game categories without exception.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, for your personal entertainment only — not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not registering in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation in online gambling from your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pok333 or any affiliated platform and are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period.
• You have not previously had a pok333 account closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any violation of pok333's policies.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, truthful, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You are the sole and rightful owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into or receive withdrawals from your pok333 account.
• You are not acting under duress, undue influence, or impairment that would prevent you from forming a binding agreement.

pok333 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration on pok333 constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any future amendments published on this page.

Age Restriction & Verification

pok333 is a gambling platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. This is a non-negotiable requirement that applies to all players across Bangladesh and every other jurisdiction from which pok333 accepts registrations. There are no exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, pok333 requires all players to submit valid proof of identity and age before the first withdrawal request is processed. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a valid National ID Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid driving licence issued by BRTA. All submitted documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

pok333 may request verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — not only at withdrawal. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe, pok333 reserves the right to restrict or permanently close your account. Any balance held at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with pok333's responsible gaming and account closure policy.

• Proof of identity: National ID Card (NID), passport, or BRTA-issued driving licence — all must be valid and unexpired.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last 90 days, showing your name and Bangladeshi address.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile number registered to your account, if requested.
• Source of funds documentation may be requested for large transactions at pok333's sole discretion.

All documents submitted for KYC verification are handled in strict accordance with pok333's Privacy Policy and are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

Account Obligations & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pok333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. pok333 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts.

• Never share your pok333 password or OTP codes with any other person, including pok333 support staff. pok333 will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your pok333 account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your pok333 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify pok333 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain current and accessible, as pok333 uses these for account recovery and security alerts.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your pok333 account, regardless of whether you personally authorised it, unless you have notified pok333 of a security breach in a timely manner.

pok333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate account security. If pok333 reasonably suspects that your account has been compromised, we may temporarily suspend your account while the situation is investigated. You will be notified via your registered contact details.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

pok333 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank direct transfers. pok333 does not accept deposits via credit cards issued by foreign banks, cryptocurrency wallets, or any payment method not listed as approved in your account settings.

All deposits are credited to your pok333 wallet balance within seconds of confirmed payment processor authorisation. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes of a successful bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transaction, contact pok333 live chat support with your transaction reference number for immediate investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile payment methods. Bank transfer minimums may vary by bank.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in your account settings and any responsible gaming deposit limits you have set.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on average for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your account tier and pok333's current processing limits, displayed in the withdrawal page of your account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the account holder's verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• pok333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method (e.g., bKash) will, where technically possible, be returned to the same method. If this is not possible, pok333 will use an alternative approved method registered to your account.

pok333 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another player, nor will it process withdrawals to any payment method not registered to and verified against the account holder's name. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pok333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and maximum bonus conversion caps.

By accepting any bonus or promotional credit from pok333, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity window. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited, along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before real-money winnings become available for withdrawal.
• pok333 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• pok333 may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from specific bonus offers. Such limits will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — such as Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, BPL cricket season promotions, and Victory Day reload bonuses — are subject to availability and are offered at pok333's sole discretion.

pok333 reserves the right to void any winnings and close any account where it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions. All bonus-related decisions made by pok333 are final.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pok333 platform. Any player found engaging in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one pok333 account under any name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the pok333 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands or cards in live games, or exploit vulnerabilities in game logic.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sports events on which bets are placed via pok333.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any pok333 software, game engine, or RNG system.
• Using the pok333 platform for any money-laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pok333 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through an identified software error are void and will be removed from your account balance.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's pok333 account without authorisation.
• Using any VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by pok333.

Account Suspension & Closure

pok333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, including the 18+ age requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Discovery of a duplicate account in violation of the one-account policy.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Prolonged inactivity, defined as 12 or more consecutive months without any login or financial activity, may result in an account being classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee, as communicated in your account settings.

Where pok333 closes an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and wagering-derived balances that have not met withdrawal conditions are forfeited upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pok333 account for any reason — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting pok333 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, pok333 support can also guide you through the self-exclusion process, which provides stronger protections against re-registration.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.
